For the past several years, I have created a series of new works in dance, theater and video inspired by concepts and images related to Ecology.   In 2014  I wrote and performed in a full-length play entitled Dora (performed in the U.S. and in Melbourne, Australia) that centered on connections between a female body and disappearing landscapes. (earth).   In 2016 and 2017 I wrote and performed two new theatrical monologues that were part of this series:  one inspired by research on the element air (Drift) and another on fire (Fire Away).  These monologues were performed at Brown University and are scheduled to be performed at the United Solo Festival in 2020. The fourth project of the Elemental series is Sourcing the Stream an ongoing performance and video project about water drawing on images, associations and memories about water in diverse locations. This has been exhibited at A.P.E. Gallery, the Holden Theater, Brown University and the Origins Museum in Johanesburg SA.
